Stock Black Frames
For everyone that has a stock frame, (Black from factory). There will be times you'll find that it has been chipped and may have even started to rust. You'll want to get the rust off as soon as possible. Rust is like a cancer and only gets worst! When I find anything like this on my scoot. I tend to it as soon as possible. I cover the raw metal with a paint that I found that matches the frame color, (providing its the original factory black). The paint is for sign painters. "One Shot" Black lettering paint. It's a high gloss enamel. You apply it with a paint brush. An airbrush won't work, cause u have to thin the paint in order to successfully spray it on, but it ruins the gloss finish characteristics! This paint will blend perfectly with the factory finish. But only use it in very small places. I don't
recommend it on large surfaces. You will see brush strokes!
