Rubber Vinyl Renew
For anyone that has rubber bumper inserts or black plastic inserts on their bike. Like on full dressers. I found what makes them look new again. Unless you like that faded look, read on. On allot of dressers. There's a rubber or vinyl insert that seems to fade after washings or from the sun. I used Kiwi Black Leather Dye, ( with sponge applicator) or hard to get at places, I use a small paint brush for precision applications. If you get it on your paint or chrome, it will not harm it, just wipe it off. It will make your vinyl's look brand new instantly. For Black Plastics, I recommend using (HD dealership item), Get the no.2 plexie glass windshield polish. NOTE: I have used this successfully for hand compounding of finished paint jobs I do. Leaves no swirl marks! When applying it. Let the polish do its job by lightly rubbing in a circular motion. Most like to rub this on hard. The trick is to do it lightly and let the polish work the way it was designed to. The directions on the bottle even tell you that its made for black plastics. If you even have light scuff marks on your factory finished paint jobs. It will remove them too. But u have to rub lightly and keep flipping the cloth or lint free towel and make sure the cloth is damp with water. Like spit shinning your shoes. After rubbing, when it dries, go back with a clean cloth and shine it.
